July 1-14: FLORIDA - If you cancel during this time period, you only get a 50% refund on your deposit, unless someone is on the waiting list to replace you (see Florida's refund policy for details).

July 15-31: FLORIDA - If you cancel during this time period, you only get a refund if someone is on the waiting list to replace you (see Florida's refund policy for details).

August 1-9: FLORIDA - Absolutely no refund if you cancel this late.

August 6: FLORIDA - Remainder of housing payment due.

August 9: FLORIDA - Leaving Chicago for Sarasota.

August 10: FLORIDA - Arrive in Sarasota

August 16: FLORIDA - Leave Sarasota for Chicago

August 17: FLORIDA - Arrive in Chicago
