Important Dates
($$$ indicates a date on which money is due)

• $$$February 1: Signup Starts -  Deposit of $120 required at signup. Remember that there is only room for 10 people, so sign up early!
   
• $$$June 6: Remainder of housing payment due ($5**).
   
• July 1-14: If you cancel during this time period, you only get a 50% refund on your deposit, unless someone is on the waiting list to replace you*.
   
• July 15-31: If you cancel during this time period, you only get a refund if someone is on the waiting list to replace you*.
   
• August 1-9: Absolutely no refund if you cancel this late.
   
• $$$August 7: Gas money due ($102***)
   
• August 9: Leaving Chicago for Sarasota.
   
• August 10: Arrive in Sarasota
   
• August 16: Leave Sarasota for Chicago
   
• August 17: Arrive in Chicago
